VLOG: Where did the summer go?!

The new room

My grandparents have a bed and breakfast. They've been running it for 10 years this year, and it's a great place (and they have great ratings). There eight double-rooms and a small house with room for 4-6 people, This is from the newest room that's available that they just finished recently. They do all work themselves.

PS. I'm good at making the bed nicely, my grandma says so!

My aunt moved away from the farm. Now where she lived is going to be part of the farm business and one room is being changed into new functionality. That they floors were mopped and cake eaten.

New Sandals

I've wanted new sandals for ages! Then finally everything worked out - I had time and a gift card for Salling, and they had a sale and two pairs of sandals to go with it. The blue pair is usually not my color, but it's a happy one and it seems like it'll age beautifully. The Gabor pair is so comfortable and easy to slip into. All stocked up.

Breeezy

It should be summe around here, but it's very windy. I don't know if you can tell from the photos, but a couple of nights back the wind was storm-strenght. There's a saying it is not always a good thing to be the oak standing strong, as it will break in strong winds, whereas the flexible and fine wheat will bow and raise back up again. I think that applies to life as well.
